eLearning23 provides Moodle plugins, hosting services, and educational technology solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Proctoring Pro plugin for Moodle
- Custom Moodle development
- Moodle hosting and maintenance
- Integration services
- Training and support
3 User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
- Using our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not interfering with or disrupting our services
- Respecting intellectual property rights
4 Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
5 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by eLearning23 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6 Use of Client Branding
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, eLearning23 reserves the right to use the client’s name and logo for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, presentations, and marketing materials.
7 Limitation of Liability
eLearning23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
9 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website.
